The Kerala Malanad Karshaka Produce Co-operative Marketing Society Ltd. is a General Marketing Society formed in 1960 as a Co-operative institution with entire Kozhikode Taluk as the area of operation. From the very begining of itself the society is functioning as the protector and benfactor o f the farming community settled in the highland of Kozhikode Taluk, centering around Tiruvambady. The society grew in its financial capacity and expanded its service into various spheres of activity.
